I'm Charles W. Cherry, Jr., and I'm so glad you're here. My journey in Health & Wellness began in athletics from a very young age. I started martial arts at 5 years old and wrestled from 12 years old until graduating college. I approach Health & Wellness with energy, purpose, and resilience. Over the years, I've learned that real, lasting change doesn't come from quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans. It comes from small, meaningful shifts in daily habits, guided by patience, support, and self-compassion.
That’s where I come in. As your health and wellness coach, my mission is to help you build a lifestyle that feels good for you utilizing my background in behavioral change. I believe that everyone’s path is unique, and I’m here to truly listen - to understand where you are today, where you want to go, and what might be getting in the way.
